Brief Answer:
Tinnitus management

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

A Pure Tone Audiogram and Impedance Audiometry can be advised after an ENT exam by your doctor if no local cause such as wax or an infection focus is isolated. Many a times the cause of tinnitus remains not found and has to be treated empirically. Steam Inhalation and Antihistamines like levocetirizine along with Cinnarizine are some options that can be empirically advised. Antibiotics & decongestant nasal sprays or drops can be advised if relevant. You may discuss these options with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
