Brief Answer:
Yes, tinnitus requires long time to subside.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,

Yes, tinnitus require long time to subside.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you

Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Antihistaminic like levocetirizine + Montelukast combination,
Cinnarizine 25mg at night,
Continue fluticasone spray, zpack antibiotics & decongestant nose drop.
You can discuss this with your treating doctor.

You also need to do investigations like Pure tone audiometry & Impedence audiometry to help you better .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
