Brief Answer:
Possible Diagnosis : Interstitial Cystitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Bladder wall thickening, pain along with urinary urgency, frequency in the absence of an infection is suggestive of Interstitial cystitis.
Interstitial cystitis occurs due to inflammation and irritation of bladder wall.Chronc irritation can result in bladder wall thickening and scarring.
Urine analysis, culture, pelvic Ultrasonography and cystoscopy can help confirm the diagnosis.

Dietary changes like avoiding citrus fruits, tomatoes, carbonated caffeinated beverages and spicy food can help reduce the symptoms. You can also train the bladder to hold more urine, that is whenever you feel the urgency to pee wait for 15 more minutes before you actually go to the toilet and urinate.
You can also take Tylenol to help with the pain.
Other treatment options include amytriptline, Hydroxyzine, bladder stretching through Cystoscopy etc.
Please be advised to follow up with your urologist as scheduled
