Brief Answer:
Looks like eczema, answer few questions

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like eczema but I need to ask you few questions:
What is the extent of itching?
Is it present on one leg or both the legs?
Do you have history of dry skin or allergic rhinitis or asthma?
Are you taking any other medicines or having any other ailments?
Kindly revert with the answers.

Brief Answer:
Management of eczema

Detailed Answer:
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream diluted in a moisturising lotion like cetaphil moisturising lotion in the ratio of 1:3 twice daily on the affected leg for 2-3 weeks.
For itching take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see a doctor in person to get them.
