Brief Answer:
Apply Ice.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXX

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

Honey bee bite can be very painful and I feel Combiflam may not be able to give you good relief from pain.

Apply some Ice over the finger that will give good relief from Pain and swelling.

If pain is increasing then better you go to hospital and get a pain killer injection and also a Tetanus Injection.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask .

Brief Answer:
Tablet is enough

Detailed Answer:
HI

If pain is tolerable then only tablet is enough. But do take TT Injection. Keep a watch on the swelling if it is spreading then you may have to meet the doctor as it may indicate Infection.

Brief Answer:
Take TT

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX

Good to know that your pain has reduced .

TT Injection is mandatory irrespective of your pain status, but if at all you have taken TT injection in the past 3 years then no need for TT Injection.

Combiflam is good you can take it as and when required or you can take Zerodol SP.
