Suggest Treatment For Stomach Discomfort And Loose Motion
Question: I am 37 yrs old man ... I have sum stomach problem like uneasyness... Loose motion two to three times.. I am faating little wetish .. N taken lomotil .. Pls

the description you have given, makes me come to a conclusion that you have had infection in your gut called gastroenteritis.
the treatment for which should not include tablet like lomotil, which causes retention of infection within the gut. loose motions happen as a reflex and protective mechanism to purge the infecting bacteria, so should not be stopped.
Instead you can take tab dicyclomine twice daily for 2days along with
1. tab ciplox TZ twice daily for 5days
2. tab. sporolac thrice daily for three days
3. drink plenty of fluids like juices, tender coconut water.
4. avoid consuming spicy food for 3 days and eat bland food like rice and dal. curd rice etc.
