Brief Answer:
Need investigations to find cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The stiffness and pain all over the body that you have is not related to the knee meniscus tear.
The reasons for such joint pains commonly are:
1. Rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis.
2. Gout
3. Vitamin B12 deficiency
4. Vitamin D deficiency
5. Calcium deficiency

You need some investigations like
RA Test
S.Uric Acid
Vit D3 level
B12 Level
Blood counts
blood sugar
X ray as per need

In the mean time, this should help.
1. Have more of fruits, vegetables soups etc.
2. Maintain healthy routine, keep walking till you have pain, and just stop before pain starts
3. Apply some analgesic ointment over the site of pain after a hot compress. Take a hot shower in the morning to relax all the pains.
4. Milk and milk products are good source of calcium. Do include plenty of these in your diet.

I hope this answers your query.
