Suggest Treatment For Sore Head And Cut On Head After Injury

Question: I recently tripped and hit the top of my head on the corner of a wall inside my house and my head is still very sore. I think there is a small cut but not much. Do you think I may have done some damage?

1. Did you get unconscious after the hit? Even Momentarily Loss of consciousness?
2. Any bleeding from ear, nose?
3. Any blurring of vision?
4. Any swelling over the injured part?

Thanks for the reply. No I wasn't unconscious but I was vomiting the next day but that stopped after a few hours & there was and still is a small bit of swelling on top of my head but not much!

You had vomitings that causes concern.
In case you develop vomiting s again then I would suggest you to go for CT Scam of the head to rule out Subdural Hematoma.
If you are asymptomatic at present then nothing to worry, you can wait.
