Question: Hi. I have a bruise on my lower right back/side. It's sore to touch. Just want to make sure it's not something besides a bruise.

It would be helpful if you could attach photo of it. If there was obvious trauma then bruise is expected and this wont lead to something serious. Fractures of spine or pelvis happens after high energy traumas. Try to put ice on it, rest and take painkillers. Wish you good health. Regards
