default
Posted on Thu, 12 Jun 2014
Question: I am 74 and though very flexible from years of ballet I have several bone issues that cause discomfort. I fell yesterday when I missed a step on a deck and I am very sore. I am wondering if I should go to my cardio class today or rest one more day?
