Question: Hi can you please tell me what this looks like to you and the way you recommend treating it. They ae small pinkish pearly bumps that have a depression in the center. Some look like whiteheads but are not acne, they will not go away unless I get all of the whitish seed stuff inside of them completly out.

Brief Answer:
Molluscum contagiosum

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query adn I have viewed the Images.
These are classic lesions of Molluscum Contagiosum which is a viral infection and presents as pearly white asymptomatic bumps with a central umblication.
Treatment is simple i.e Needle extraction of molluscum bodies present inside these bumps by slitting the roof of lesions with a sterile 26 gauge needle and then extracting out the molluscum bodies with the help of needle.
Another options are either radiofrequency cautery or electrocautery or chemical cautery with 50-80% Trichloroacetic acid application
