Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modification, monitoring required

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query on hcm.
Yes, it seems like your blood pressure levels fall into the pre-hypertension stage. Since you are young, you may start with lifestyle modification initially.
You may start with moderate exercise everyday for 40 minutes to an hour. You may include cycling, swimming and brisk walking/ jogging.
Reduce amount of salt in food by 30%.
Avoid packaged and processed food as they contain a high amount of sodium.
Keep monitoring your blood pressure weekly.
After a period of 3 months, if your blood pressure is still on the higher side, then you may start a beta blocker after consultation with your doctor.
If you have any further doubts/ clarifications, you may get back to me.
Regards,
Dr. Sonia
