Brief Answer:
Anxiety, Fatigue and weakness may be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

There are many reasons for the sleepiness. In this age group of 92 it seems to be the anemia, low blood pressure due to age ( or taking medications for high blood pressure), poor feeding habits, anxiety as causes of the symptoms. Sleep awake cycles get changed in advanced age. Cardiac pumping function if diminished due to heart failure it also leads to the sleepiness and dizziness. Narcolepsy is a disease of daytime sleepiness.

You need to consult a physician for in-office consultation and evaluation if there is some pathological cause of the disease.

Keep a good physical activity like gardening. Meditation will als help.Keep a good eating habit and proper rest is necessary. Take plenty of fluids too.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns. I will be happy to get back to you shortly. If satisfied here, please give a five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.

Brief Answer:
You need an in-office visit to your physician.

Detailed Answer:
I welcome you back with the follow-up sir!

I feel really happy to know that you have a very good routine even at this age. So, as suggested earlier, please go to your physician to rule out the possible causes of the problem you have. I have already mentioned the causes that may be causing the problems.

You will be alright once your physician finds out the causes of the disease.
