Question: I have trouble getting sleep at night even if I tired and feeling sleepy?
It's getting worst day by day

Remedies to get good sleep
Have food and water 2hrs before sleep
Keep your bedroom well ventilated and without bright light in the night
Read book and listen to light music
Do not watch Tv before sleeping
keep your body hydrated
Do meditation, yoga
Go for walk or any physical activity to get sound sleep

Few tips for you to be energized all the day

1 Drink lots of water during the day if you want to stay hydrated and energetic.

2 Change your eating habits. Reduce the size of your main meals and adding
healthy snacks, such as nuts, non-fat yogurt, and dried fruit, in between.

3 Exercise on a daily basis to feel energetic every day.Listen to music while
exercising.

4.Do meditation as it gives you peace of mind.

5 Practice yoga. Practicing yoga can help reduce fatigue and boost your energy
levels

6 Drink caffeine in moderation. Consuming caffeine can have a positive effect on
your energy levels.

7 Ensure you get all the necessary vitamins and minerals. B vitamins and iron are
important micro nutrients that help support your energy levels

I will try and follow the instruction you provided however, I am still bit concern about the sleep. as It affecting my routine work and other stuff.

I observed that this specially happens when I could not able to do some work or some critical work is coming soon.

While sleeping I keep having some generic thoughts which do not let me sleep.

Do you suggest any medicine on it?

If you are having so much of trouble while sleeping you can take Tab Zolpidem once daily half an hour before sleeping for 3 days.It is a safe drug.

But this drug is available only with prescription of doctor.So you can visit near by doctor for the prescription of the same.

But all these drugs you can use temporary only for few days.If you use it for long term,you will get addicted to it.So medicines is not recommended.
