Suggest Treatment For Skin Sensitivity And Sore Muscles
Question: 4 days ago I developed skin sensitivity and sore muscles on inner part of right arm, itchy 'bite' on left arm. Thought perhaps a mosquito bite. Next day itchy 'bites' on back, then each day other cluster of 'bites. No sight of bed bug spots on sheets etc . I visited and animal shelter in the desert on the 30th XXXXXXX I have fibromyalgia and it seems to have been exacerbated in right arm waking me at night which I have never had before No fever or other symptoms

You possibly seem to have insect bite hypersensitivity.
Many of your symptoms can be ameliorated with Single inj of Hydrocortisone 100 mg IM followed by Tab Deslor 10 mg one tab daily at bedtime for 5 days under medical supervision.
These 2 drugs will provide excellent resolution of your symptoms.
In future try to avoid contact with animal shelters.
