Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection And Nostril Blockage

Question: Hi Doctor. I have had I think a viral type sinus infection for about 30 years. I'm with Kaiser, had an extensive exam about 6 months by an ENT Dr and prescribed more allergy type meds. Had the nose scoped, found L nostril some blockage. Of all meds I have tried, only Mucinex, Afrin etc work and they work well but have warning "not to use over 3 days". Numerous allergy meds tried, none work. Is there an alternative to Afrin type nasal sprays? I believe they all contain Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.05% thanks XXXXXXX

2) Did you doctoe advice any surgery like turbinectomy etc?
3) Did you talk to your doctor about the prolonged usage of the spray?
4) Dis you use any oral decongestant like alegra-D(pseudoephedrine?
5) what home remedies did you try along with meds?
