Question: Hi I have gerd just came back from the ER due to ear pain they gave me trrmadol or something like that it.upset.my stomack so I came home and ate and a bread got.stuck in my esophagus I paniced and and I try to drink water now my chest and throat hurt what should I do

This never happened to me before after the food got stuck I drank water first it was hard I had gag thing happened but didn't vomit then I tried another small piece and it went down does that means it dislodge the previous piece and then drank again this was 1 hour and a half ago sorry I m just worried that it will go in my lungs

Sorry I m just worried I forgot to mention I keep burping is that a good signs since air can pass through my esophagus cause of my thank you
