I read your question and i understand your concern. Use of clarithromycin and steroids medications together give a strange nauseating feeling al due to gastric discomfort . This is an adverse effect of these medications but a necessary evil and to be taken to eradicate infection. Just drink plenty of fluids, maintain a good oral hygiene and wait and see. If your gastric discomfort gets out of control then you may request for change of prescription of antibiotic . Its wednesday already, you have been taking it for 7 days now, a few more days to complete the course of antibiotic and then its all gone.
