What To For Nodule In The Lung?

I have a nodule on my lung which the pulmonologist thinks is due to the bronchial infection I had, but will follow up with another cat scan at the end of the month. I was given antibiotics which helped but my chest is still clogged especially in the morning and the evenings, afternoons are fine. I also feel that I have have nasal drip which is causing the chest congestion. The humidifier has helped a lot with nasal congestion, plus I took claritin which helped. I am still on Advair, and also was given Ventolin inhaler, which I have used at least 2 timews to 3 times a day. Please help
