Brief Answer:
Oral contraceptive pills can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

After a delivery the irregular bleeding that you are having is likely to be due to a hormonal imbalance. The thickened endometrium can be decreased with the help of proper hormonal therapy.

Oral contraceptive pills can help in decreasing the irregular bleeding and will regularize the periods. Do start taking the iron supplements also to combat the excessive blood loss.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Hormonal pills are likely to help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Birth control pill and hormonal pills all have mild side effects like headache, vomiting, nausea, etc. The uterine cancer can only be ruled out by endometrial biopsy. You will need a D&C for this.
Your sonography report suggests thick endometrium which is causing the bleeding.
According to me you need a combination of hemostatic agents and oral pills to stop the heavy irregular bleeding. The exact medicine can be suggested only after an examination and assessment of degree of bleeding. You need proper prescriptions also for the treatment. For this you will have to consult a gynecologist physically.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
D&C is the best choice now.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If you have tried all these medicines then D&C is the best way to reduce the endometrium. You will have to continue hormonal therapy even after that also. Any special diet or food cant show any instant result where so many medicines have failed to work. Before your hemoglobin levels fall too much due to blood loss, it is best to go for D&C.
Hope my answer is helpful.
