Suggest Treatment For Severe Sneezing, Running Nose And Nose Blocking

Question: I am having severe sneezing, running nose, nose blocking, watery eyes and no other throat or other pain or fever. I tried loratadine, otrivin and for last 2 days nothing has improved. Last month had a similar one and lasted for 4-5 days. I am 35 years male. When I am small i was very allergic to dust and i get the same when i am exposed to such dust. But after 18 years i never had the same like this. Please

I can understand your situation and problem.
By your history and description, in my opinion you are having allergic rhinitis.
It is allergic inflammatory reponse of nose once exposed to allergen (dust in your case).
You are taking only antihistamine drugs.
But the treatment of choice for allergic rhinitis is nasal spray containing corticosteroid and oral tablet having combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drug.
Avoidance of allergen is most important step.
So wear mask whenever you are exposed to dust.
Since all these drugs are prescribed medicines, you need doctor's prescription for these.

1. Avoid dust and pollution.
2. Drink plenty of fluids. Keep your self hydrated.
3. Steam inhalation 5 - 6 times a day.
4. Fluticasone nasal spray two puffs in each nostril twice a day.
5. Combination of montelukast and fexofenadine one tablet at night time.
