Brief Answer:
Could be slip disc, mechanical back pain or lumbago. Needs precautions

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Does the pain radiate to the lower limbs?

Is there tingling or numbness?

Has she suffered any trauma like a fall of lifting heavy weights?

It is possible that there is something wrong with her spine. It could be a slip disc pressing on nerves in the spine, back muscle strain or lumbago.

Apply hot packs to the painful regions, avoid bending forwards or lifting weights, keep the back extended, a thin pillow under the spine may be helpful. Do straight leg raising exercises. Take pain killer and muscle relaxant combination like Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals. Spray Volini on the lower back.

She can get an Xray of the lumbosacral spine to look for any bone problem in the spine.

Do follow up with me on her progress for an uneventful recovery.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
