Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Penis Caused By Foreskin Adhesion

Question: It appears that the foreskin is closing in around the head of my penis. Last week it seemed that I must have stretched the inner portion of the foreskin as it was very painful when I urinated. Could it be serious enough that I need to consider a circumcision at age 67?

I rea your question and i understand your concern. Foreskin Adhesion to the extent of severity where urination is troublesome and pain ful to touch and definitely compromising coital life, should be managed by all means. Conservative options, hyaluronidase methods, manual reductions, vertical incisions, osmotic methods if all fail then, it is never too late for circumcision. Therapeutic circumcision is the best course of action,a 30 minutes procedure under local anesthesia is the best cours eof action and will help and relieve the symptoms you have .
