Brief Answer:
Tonsillo-pharyngitis or aphthous ulcers...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The symptoms described by you could be related to either acute tonsillo-pharyngitis or ulcer in the oral cavity. The pain in the ear could be a referred pain from the throat into the ear.

Only a complete examination of the oral cavity, throat, nose and the ear can aid in identifying the cause.

My suggestions to you are:
1. Drink plenty of warm water.
2. Avoid oily food/chilled food and beverages/coffee.
3. Consult your doctor for a complete evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
