Suggest Treatment For Severe Lethargy After A Morning Walk

Question: After morning walk I feel very tired the whole day.This feeling starts 2-3 hours after the morning walk and lasts the while day. I am pre-diabetic.

Noted your concern.

There are many reasons for these kind of symptoms.

In such case I may suggest following -
- Physical examination.
- Complete Blood Count ( help to know Hemoglobin level).
- Liver function test.
- Kidney function test.
- HbA1c.
- Urine examination.
- Ultra TSH to know any thyroid abnormalities.
- Vitamin D3 & B12 levels.

Along with this maintain adequate nutrition.
- Drink adequate water.
- Good intake of fruits & green leafy vegetables.
- Adequate intake of protein (pulses, soy beans, Kidney beans, egg white, milk are good sources).
