Brief Answer:
Several points

Detailed Answer:
First, Icannot really diagnose, prescribe or treat someone who is not actually here.

And.... signs of a serious overwhelming infection are 1) locally: an area of redness, warmth, red, and pus and 2) all over: fever, chills, shakes, feeling ill or toxic, aches, and sweats.

Infections often occur from injection...even in the hospital by trained medical staff. These are often fatal. One of the most serious infections is the valves of the heart. Obviously, an infected heart can be fatal. Less obvious, is that you can't directly see the heart the way you can a boil on the arm or leg. Infection of the heart requires specific testing to see it and a month of strong treatment to get rid of it. And, once it occurs, the valves are really really susceptible to being infected again.

Another possibility is that a limb or part of a limb had it's blood supply taken away from the action of the meth long enough that the area is dying off (gangrene) although there might not be an infection, it has the symptoms of overwhelming infection and well....

all of the possibilites mentioned require hospital admission immediately or they will likely be fatal.

just saying.
