Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The headache can be treated in line with its cause. Any focus of infection such as para nasal sinus or ear should be looked for. If there is chronicity and recurrence associated with acute episodes then migraine headache should be treated. These meds are most likely available over the counter.

For now, ibuprofen plus pseudoephedrine combination along with metoclopramide can be advised for adequately resolving the current headache. If sinusitis is suspected then nasal decongestants can be advised for a few days. Antibiotics can be resorted to if the drainage is inadequate and the headache is persistent or recurs.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
