Brief Answer:
Acute pharyngitis with Eustachian tube blockage

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
You are probably suffering from acute pharyngitis which is causing eustachian tube blockage leading to ear infection and pain.
Please send me the pictures of your throat so that I can suggest you better.
Take tablet paracetamol for pain and take steam inhalation and chew a gum that will also help decongest the tube.
Use hexidine gargles.
Follow up with the pictures of your throat so that I can prescribe you accordingly.
Take care
Thanks and regards
