Brief Answer:
Questions for you to help me answer you better.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

By dizzy, do you mean light headed or that the room is spinning?

Do you have a fever?

Do you have shortness of breath?

Where on your leg is the hematoma (is it lower leg?) and what caused it?

Do you have any other ongoing medical problems or take medication daily for these?

No fever lightheaded and the injury is from a fall on the lower right leg below knee

Brief Answer:
Yes, do go in.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the additional information.

While your symptoms are not specific for something more concerning such as a DVT (deep vein thrombosis), the fact that it is in the lower leg makes me concerned enough that I think you should go in. It's possible that if there is continued bleeding into the hematoma, that that might be the cause of your light headedness. So if you are feeling unwell and light headed when you stand up, and there is no other reason to explain the symptom, then do go in to be checked today.

I invite you to let me know how you are doing after you have been evaluated.
