Yo may start with
Lachesis 200 6 pills once in day
Secale Cor 200 6 pills once in day
Beberis Aquifolium Q 20 drops with half cup of water twice in day
Take medicine for 1 month initially and then update.
Under stand this may take some time to clear the circle around your eyes.
Advice Haemoglobin test

You can get these medicine in any homeopathic pharmacy or you may also place your order through online.
You may continue Multivitamin along with homeopathic medicine. Their is no harm in taking both medicine along with (maintain a gap between two medicine).
