Question: I've had serious bronchitis for almost four weeks and I just started coughing up a large amount of blood. After four weeks of coughing up green phylum is this from coughing so hard?

I can understand your concern

According to what you explain *coughing up a large amount of blood* if it is for example a quantity of a coffee cup it might be a serious condition of the lungs.

And for this i would recommend you to go to the ER and to evaluate the lungs further.

The doctors would definitely do the examinations as follows first:

Fibrobronchoscopy
Lung CT with contrast
EKG

The above examinations will prove or exclude the most lung diseases that usually cause coughing blood to treat and to follow up them further.

If the results come negative they should order some other tests:

Hemogram
INR
CRP

And they will advice you further.
