Brief Answer:
No need to worry for heart related chest pain.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.

Since your symptoms are associated with specific movement and position, possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
No need to worry for heart related diseases because you ecg is normal.

So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid movements causing pain.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
5. Take painkiller like Ibuprofen for next 3-4 days.

Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 1-2 weeks.

Please let me know since how many days you are having this pain?
I will be happy to help you further.

Wish you good health.
Thanks.
