Brief Answer:
Hip fracture is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by some fractures. At your age fractures are more possible due to possibility of osteoporosis. Hip pain, trouble with walking are typical symptoms of hip fracture. Even if you do not have strong pain, fracture is possible.
Stomach pain can appear due pain killers intake which can lead to peptic ulcer. If you have injured your abdomen, pain in this area can also indicate some internal injuries.

I suggest you to do not wait with it any longer. Please consult your doctor and have hip x-ray done and abdominal ultrasound.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
