Brief Answer:
Try tab. Advil and home remedies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query,

Till your insurance has come, just follow my advise.

Have tab. advil twice a day.

Apply hot packs in morning and evening for 30 mins.

Don't bend your body, avoid weightlifting as much as you can.

Look for the posture that places the least stress on your back.

Rise and shine i.e morning before you get out of bed, lie on your back and slowly stretch your arms overhead.

You can apply liniments that contain capsaicin, the heat-producing substance in hot peppers, it relieves you pain.

After insurance you must get xray of lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral view done and send me the report.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,
