Suggest Treatment For Severe Acidity In The Middle Of Night
Question: Hi Doc
Just wanted your consultation as I am suffering fron severe acidity from more than a month.
The symptoms are below :
1.Nocturnal acidity in middle of night
2.Breathlessness for few seconds once i get up
3.unlimited burps post that for 1-2 hours
4.Some burps during day too anytime
5.Uneasyness in chest
6.feels as if throat has become narrow and something is stuck there.
I went to ENT he recommended me NORMAXIN RT (two times a day)
SUCRAFIL-O-GEL ( 30 Min before meal all three times)
Though the above has given some releif but last night i still dint sleep till 4'0 clock.I had my dinner at 8:30 and i am mainitaining gap of 2-3 hrs before sleep
Today i started with wheatgrass juice as
Was recommended by someone due to it being alkaline.
Please tell me how should i go about to cure my acid reflux as it has taken toll on my sleep now and i fear eating anything :(
also recommend the diert i should take
