I would need more details about past and present illness, with updates on lab/x-ray reports/ and notes from your doctors-in the past.
Since how long you get these pains with nausea/vomiting, with bloated movement felt from right to left?

Primary Opinion-
Dear with the available information,it mostly seems to be -food induced infection lately,from the street spicy,non-veg food you had lately.just update more details on it.
Nausea and vomiting -seems to be mostly from food infection leading to mild gastroenteritis giving bloated movement from left to right.
Just rule out IBS(Irritable Bowel disease) in the past, by Consults with family doctor.
More information -of past illness of such illness and other illness- is needed for giving more suggestions.

Do' Suggested-
Based on the available information-
Avoid any food and keep nil by mouth.
Be on bland and nonspicy liquid food x 2 days time.
Take Tab Dicyclomine 2 times -if need be.
PPI-Omprazole- 1 x 2 times a day, to control gastritis-if need be
Tab Domperidoen-1 x 2 times day to control vomiting-if needed.

IF no relief in 6 hrs,Contact your family doctor, to check for other causes, and script for antibiotics- like-Ciplox -OZ-x 5 days to control food induced mild giardiasis causing this pain with nausea/vomiting.

If no relief still,Consult with Surgeon to rule out anal and physical check ups along with USG /CT Abdomen-to fix any hidden-IBS/ or gall stone problem,which could be causing these issues.

Next appointment
Only after 1 weeks time if the problem increases.
