Brief Answer:
retrograde ejaculation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with no sperm when climaxing. This is called retrograde ejaculation. What is happening is the ejaculate matter is not ejaculating extrenally but internally into your bladder. This can happen with certain medications. The most common is flomax or tamsulosin. If you stop taking the tamsulosin the problem will correct itself. If you are not taking the medication or any medications similar then you may have a problem with your prostate or tubules associated with sperm collection and storage. I would recommend that you see your urologist or family doctor to examine your prostate to see if this is the cause of the retrograde ejaculation.
