Brief Answer:
Has he ever been operated upon?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

Has your husband ever had prostate surgery? If yes, then the most likely cause is retrograde ejaculation. This happens such that the semen goes rather into the bladder and doesn't come out. it is no disease condition and he should not be afraid of.

I hope this clarifies your doubts. I wish your husband well. Let me know if you would need anything more at this time.

Brief Answer:
Most likely, he feels relived!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

He would feel relieved after ejaculating but just that you would not feel the semen released into the vaginal. Te pellets must have significant reduced the size of the prostate leading to this reduced pressure that should close back flow in to the bladder.

Please, let him not get too troubled as this is probably related to great treatment that he values and has reaped great benefits.
