Brief Answer:
Candidal balanoposthitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read history. It is not complete to come to the diagnosis. However,I feel that most probable diagnosis would be candidal balanoposthitis. It is a fungal infection caused by yeast known as candida albicans. It may be transmitted by sexual contacts. Your partner might have same disease..candidal vulvovaginitis.

Wetness in prepucial area, poor hygiene of genitals, poor immunity, disease like DM,HIV or other immunocompromised conditions might precipitate the disease.

You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. Have blood tests to rule out DM,HIV or other internal diseases.

You applied surfaz SN which contains steroid that might exacerbate the candidal infection. So, you may apply plain antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream. And oral antifungal like itraconazole or ketoconazole may be taken for few weeks. If there is itching, take antihistaminics like levocetirizine.

Avoid soap bath and excessive wetness. Keep the area dry. Have Sitz bath in dettol water for cleansing the area.

I hope you may be alright after few weeks.

Your partner may be treated accordingly.

I hope you got my answer, still any query..you are welcome.

Thanks with good wishes.
