Brief Answer:
Foreign body allergy with Secondary infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

I understand your concerns.
The red itchy bumps around belly button indicates that you are allergic to the XXXXXXX material. Now there is also skin redness around the entry, along with yellowish discharge, indicating secondary infection.

This needs removal of the XXXXXXX followed by antibiotics, anti histamines, and local wound care to control the infection. In such situations,it is difficult to control the infection with the foreign body insitu. Anyhow,if you want,we can try antibiotics without removing the ring for two days to see whether infection is getting controlled or not(But this can be decided only after direct inspection of the site);if not coming down, removal is mandatory.

Kindly see your doctor without delay. He will guide you in further assessment and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing for a faster cure.
With regards,Dr Aslam.
