Brief Answer:
No Tretinoin please

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I checked the picture and they are 'Fordyce spots'.

Fordyce spots are considered common and may not require any treatment at all. They are just largely appearing sebaceous glands of the skin of the scrotum. Since the scrotal skin is loose and thin they are particularly conspicous. This might cause anxiety in men when they hardly require any treatment.

If you are too concerned about the cosmetic appearance of the penis I suggest you to apply water based moisturizer over the spots.

So I say 'NO' to Tretinoin and its use can cause red flaking of the skin. Since the skin is thin there it might damage further.

Hope this answers your concerns. Please close our discussion if you do not have further queries.

Brief Answer:
Water based moisturizer in your pharmacy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you irritate the spots with any applicant it will take longer than non application. The more you touch them the larger they grow. The close you look at them they larger they appear.

Hence I suggest to apply any water based moisturizer and mild of any brand available at your local store.
