Brief Answer:
Kojic acid with Vitamin C containing creams are the most effective.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your problem.

Apparently you have some sort of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation marks, which appear as red marks on your face.

Hydroquinone or other types of melanin inhibiting skin-lightening ingredients are effective in brownish pigmentation apparently caused by melanin and hence less likely to be useful to treat your pink to red acne marks as these are not related to melanin.

Kojic acid + Vitamin C containing creams are found to be most effective in the treatment of red marks caused by the acne.
Another option is Tretinoin (Retin-A) a vitamin A containing cream.

The superficial pink or red acne marks heal slowly over a period of time, however the deep seated red marks or scars need treatment.

Hope this answers your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!
Welcome back to HCM.

Thanks for your query.

Following are the brand names for Kojic acid+Vitamin C creams available:

CLEARZ PLUS, BIOLITE, OR DEPIWHITE.

I would recommend a dermatologist opinion regarding its use and duration.

If the scars are mild or less in number they may subside over a period of time.

Hope this answers your query.
