Brief Answer:
Multiple possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The pain location is non specific. However kidney stone pains can be located there.
Some muscle spasm are also common in that area. Hip arthritis can be located near to that region.

So it is better to discuss with a local primary care doctor. He can exactly examine you and locate the pain. An Ultrasound of the area can understand the cause and pathology there.

Wish you good luck, if you have any more pressing questions you should engage me further.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
