Brief Answer:
The conditions seem to be related.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible allergic reaction. Bronchitis makes the chest vulnerable to infections. When you develop the infection , lymphadenitis is bound to occur .
I think therefore, that both the conditions are related. You should meet a good pulmonary specialist for proper treatment.

Bronchodilators are now available that are very effective in the contract for bronchitis. I would suggest the same to you.

I have read and tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Brief Answer:
No benefit

Detailed Answer:
No
You have to consider the fact that the adenomatous enlargement is due to the bronchitis and infection and cold. Not vice versa.
So their removal won't help.
