Brief Answer:
Maintain a healthy lifestyle

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to HCM.
Acne is a chronic inflammatory condition affecting sebaceous glands and hair follicles dictated chiefly by your hormones.
Any form of stress like lack of sleep or irregular lifestyle can definitely cause acne.
Masturbation on other hand as opposed to common misconception has no role whatsoever in acne.
I think you should consult a dermatologist in person for proper examination and gauging the severity of acne upon which a proper treatment plan can be laid out.
Hope your queries are resolved.
Let me know if you require any more assistance from my side.
Thank you
Dr Hardik Pitroda
