Brief Answer:
The treatment with antibiotics is essential.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

I have gone through the attached reports. The WBC count is on the higher side and there is neutrophilic leucocytosis which indicates the possibility of a bacterial infection and therefore treatment with antibiotics is advisable. It is possible that the fever has come back as the infection remains unresolved. Your doctor is right that the treatment with antibiotics needs to be given for 10 days. You need not worry. It will not cause any harm.

The urine report is normal and not a cause for concern.

Now again after 1 month fever is again coming and they again given antibiotics for 3 days. why this fever is coming and going again and again ? that much antibiotics is harmful that concerns me a lot.

Brief Answer:
Get blood counts checked

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying. The attached report is of November. The present episode is an independent one with no connection with the previous one. You need to get the blood counts repeated. Antibiotics need to be given only if the WBC count is raised. Else, antibiotics have no role.
