Hi an welcome to HCM.
I am afraid that just removing visible parasites wont be helpful. You should have some of the over-the-counter pubic lice medicine such as: A-200, RID, and Nix.
Also, shaving and frequent showering may be beneficial and continue to remove it with tweezer. These measures should be enough for complete cure. WIsh you good health. Regards
