back in 2009 I want to a massage parlor and receive a hand job. the women was naked and so was I, there was no intercourse. after that encounter I got crabs which was confirmed with eggs on the hair shaft and darkening of skin near the hair follicles. I know that you can not get genital warts from this kind of interaction. A fews days or weeks (don't remember exactly) after this encounter I notice a skin tags wart like growth on the scrotal skin. it was down under and I had to pull up my scrotal skin to see it. it looked nothing like the caulifower nasty appearance. it was just a single skin tags looking wart. the dermatologist biopsied it and froze the area. it was negative for several HPV dna and pathology report was pointing toward it not being condyloma accuminata but it also said that it C. accuminata can not be ruled out either. I had another one in my inner thigh groin area and one in the left pubic area which were not treated. not a single one on my penis at all. the one in my thigh groin area had been there for 5 and a half years and just recently got dark and fell off because i had jock itch in that area about two weeks ago. the one on my pubic area had partial fell off back in 2009 or 2010 but the based still remains. It only itched the day i noticed it back in 2009 and has not itched ever since in 5 and half years.I am so confused because they look like the skin tags that I have in my neck area and don't look anything like genital wart picture on the internet and medical books. In the past six year my wife has not been infected with this. my question is, is it possible that the crabs/pubic lice cause my follicle/skin to react and cause these skin tag warts. can pubic lice do that? p.s I have never had intercourse outside of my marriage.

thank you for replying. as you know about two weeks a go I had a Jock itch which i cured with over the counter antifungal cream (Lotrimin). just last week I put one the same pant and i wore during the previous week without washing. The next morning i had intense itch in the same groin area i notice the same type of rash and immediatly put some more lotrimin. I got relieve from the cream and rash cleared in 24 hrs with some white flackiness left over. but this time i notice a less then 1 mm growth near to the skin tag /wart that had fallen off earlier. its been one week now and it has not gone way. its barely visible. is it micro wart or something to do with the jock itch.

one more thing.
the massage worker lady did lay next to me on the small massage bed naked for like a minute to talk. she was on left side but never on top of me. could it be possible that her thigh rub up against my thigh at some point and cause the warts. Her genitals were never on top of mine.

as I recall it was about 3.5 weeks after the massage encounter that I saw My first single skin tag/wart and the eggs on the hair shaft on the scrotal skin (a place that was not even touched by her). So at this point I will assume that it was not genital warts but probably a growth associated with trauma to the skin from the lice. May be i have some kind rare skin that reacts to trauma in this manner.
