life style modifications are required to follow

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX XXXXXXX greetings

I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern

Your TMT test is suggestive of poor heart function and and an past heart disease so you might be at risk for a heart attack
you should be worried but not too much

I would advise such patients in my clinic for certain life style modifications as follows
1 aerobic exercise early morning walking
2. Complete abstaining from alcohol and smoking
3. Avoid fatty and fried food
4. Lead a stress free life by avoiding anxiety and excessive worry just enjoy your life
5. Reduce body weight if you are obese

I would suggest you for blood lipid profile test and if you can update me about this

Hope i have answered your question please feel free to ask for follow up questions i will gladly answer you

wishing you good health
