Question: Hello doctor.
I'm 34 yrs old and my problem is that I'm getting pimples and dark patches on my jaw line .dark mark are left on side below cheeks which was not earlier .it just started in past 3 months.
I was recommended clonate ointment for dark patches ,result was good but i disconnected use once it was fine.
Again last one week pimples and dark patches started once again.
Is it advisable to use clonate again.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Don't use clonate cream for dark patches

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I can understand your concern but clonate cream contains clobetasol propionate cream which is highly potent steroid and should not be used for treatment of dark patches and especially when it is present on the face.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can grade your acne and pigmentation problem and can guide you accordingly.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
